Resumen
The purpose of this work is to describe the celebrations (commissions, programs, events, parades, etc.) carried out by the Chilean government in Tacna and Arica in 1910, in order to join the national celebrations of the Centenary taking place across the country. This particular historical context was marked by numerous commemorative signs that contributed to the development of a nationalist project impacting the local population.
