Resumen
In this work, Rawls's theory is analyzed from a perspective of Political Philosophy, analyzing his postulate of justice in relation to determining aspects such as impartiality, equality, reflective equilibrium, just society, and the principles of freedom and inequality, referring to the fact that each person must have an equal right to the most extensive total system of basic freedoms compatible with a similar system of freedom for all. In the same way, economic and social inequalities must be structured in such a way that they benefit the least advantaged, in accordance with a principle of fair savings, and linked to positions and functions available to all, under conditions of fair equality of opportunity.
