Resumen
The purpose of this article is to conduct a literature review on organizational learning and academic performance, in order to determine, from a theoretical perspective, the possible associations between both variables. To this end, an analysis of the literature available in Google Scholar is carried out. As a result, this research allowed us to have a vision of how organizational learning would be related: dimensioned from the acquisition of knowledge, distribution and interpretation of information and development of an organizational memory, and the achievement of academic work, measured by: undergraduate and graduate teaching, research and linkage with the environment. We conclude that, in the face of profound changes in the context, the capacity for institutional learning and the diversity of the management team are important dimensions that can contribute on how to generate institutionally adequate responses.
