Resumen

Carrying out an extracting knowledge process is already a complex task, made most often by expert users. But in this world increasingly full of data, it is necessary to extend that possibility to non-expert users. To do this, novel methods to identify their needs in a transparent manner are needed. This article presents a taxonomy of requirements introduced with the aim of identifying that data mining technique to be used by non-expert users depending on their initial expectations. The taxonomy was validated by architects to analyze data related to the spatial formation of land value in regions of the province of Alicante, Spain. The results show its relevance. This proposal can be extended in future work.
