N2 - This article presents an organizational intervention carried out at a company, in the city of Concepción-Chile, with the aim of characterizing the models that guide the work behavior of a group of collaborators, particularly in the commercial area of the organization. Through the framework of the qualitative methodology, based on the research-action approach and using content analysis techniques, the constructs present in the verbal utterances of 10 participants in a job training process, selected in a targeted manner, were identified. The results show mental models associated with the work processes that guide the behavior of the people who make up the company. It can be affirmed that from the role of the models, two relevant circuits associated with labor commitment and business growth are identified, which characterize the frameworks that guide the behavior of the employees of the commercial area of the company subject to intervention.
