Resumen
Considering discussions usually emerged with regard to models, theories or approaches most appropriate for application to the field of organizational management, this article is intended to provide a brief look at the theoretical innovations that have been generated in the administrative field, especially of ideas that have historically taken place, to become true fashion. To achieve this purpose, has turned to a review of secondary sources, mainly academic journal articles and some books in the field. It follows that an administrator should be aware and attuned to innovative approaches, archetypes, ideas or theories; but not glaring, and think that they will solve all the problems that occur periodically organizations.
