Gobernanza de las organizaciones: Acercamiento conceptual a las instituciones de educación superior

Organizations coexist in scenario of increasing complexity, modifying the way organizations are managed and involving various interest groups. Today we are talking about the governance of organizations, a context in which the present work provides the foundations to lay the conceptual foundations with an emphasis on universities. For this purpose, a documentary analysis will be carried out, systematizing academic articles that address this topic, making it possible to demonstrate the way in which governance develops and consolidates in organizational structures.
