Resumen
This study aims to explore whether there is a statistically significant relationship between leadership styles and the results that students get in the national testing system for measuring the quality of education. To this end, working with a sample of 21 elementary schools in the city of Arica, Chile. The results suggest that transformational leadership style has a positive influence on the quality of schools, style transactional not have statistically significant influence, while the style "laissez faire" has a negative influence on the results in the system for measuring the quality of education.
