Empresa y complejidad: Una aproximación teórica-conceptual

We live in a world of continuous and aleatory changes, extremely convoluted. Considering this fact, this paper aims to introduce the topic of complexity in the academic discussion through a brief theoretical and conceptual approach. Secondary sources were used, which involves review of articles and books that address these topics; this allows inquire into the nature of the phenomenon and the way they operate in the field of organizations. It is not intended to exhaust the subject -impossible in so few lines- but if, serve approach to the debate, trying to provoke the generation of new academic reflections.
