Resumen
The study is framed within the context of the covid-19 pandemic and the need to comprehend the complexity of interactions among factors influencing peace-building in the face of escalating inequalities and social tensions. The objective was to analyze the intricate interplay between security, culture, inequality, citizen participation, and education in promoting peace. The methodology relied on a qualitative exploratory literature review approach to capture the diversity of perspectives on this underexplored topic. Analysis identified patterns through synthesis and categorization. The results reflect a complex interplay between factors, with security, equity, participation and cultural transformation crucial to peace. Finally, it emphasizes the need for a comprehensive approach to promote peace, whose findings should guide effective strategies in times of uncertainty.
