Resumen

This article analyzes the evolution of the high Andean indigenous communities in the Tarapacá region in Chile, identifying resemantized practices such as collective agreements protected by ethnic authorities related to the first inscriptions of the property in public registries, these are weighted as a manifestation of Aymara own law. for the resolution of territorial conflicts in the context of legal pluralism in force in Chile.
