Resumen
The article develops an argument about dignity from the field of bioethics and human biolaw, in the context of discussion on role of future generations in the present life. The issue of human dignity is first discussed as a problem of a moral nature, beyond the naturalistic fallacy, under the role that the interpretation of time for biolaw. An interpretation of the legal intertemporality as a problem of the biolaw be tested. It is concluded that international directives on bioethics, give basis for the temporality of biolaw in the opposite direction to the classical interpretation of biojuristic time; that is, from the future to the present, guided by the concept of dignity.
