Abstract

The bricks are produced in a highly compressed form using a fly ash brick machine. In industries, the most significant issue is the overall time required to create bricks in a single cycle. In this work, the machine's design and programme are completely altered to produce bricks in a cycle in a shorter amount of time. The PLC (Schneider-Zelio) was utilised for this, and it was programmed for a short cycle time. With two manifold blocks, time parameters have been decreased and overall machine pressure has been enhanced (High pressure Low pressure). We were able to run two different procedures at the same time as a result of using two manifold blocks.
