Abstract

This study was conducted in Chile and included a sample of 155 individuals from public and private organizations. Its purpose was to examine the relationship between leadership, life satisfaction, job satisfaction, and work stress. The sampling method was non-probabilistic, based on availability. Data were collected using the following instruments: Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire Form 5X (MLQ-5X), Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS), Overall Job Satisfaction Scale, and Work Stress Scale (EEL). Statistically significant correlations were found between leadership (independent variable) and life satisfaction, job satisfaction, and work stress (dependent variables).
