Abstract
The educational approach of the minors who are in the prison system, involves challenges and responsibilities. His academic curriculum despite the lag that he may have in his primary education and the process of judicialization must have a positive impact on the behavior of the infringing person. Support within a penitentiary center must establish mechanisms for liaison with the communities in which he or the young person will live, providing a space in which can develop social and personal skills. The big question is: are the teachers prepared to approach this project within the prison system?.
