Abstract
This article aims to identify trends in the literature on academic body diversity and critical thinking. Therefore, to meet this goal, a bibliometric study was conducted by reviewing articles from journals indexed in the Web of Science. Keyword co-occurrence, author co-citation and country co-authorship analyses were performed. The clusters and relationships found highlight the importance of promoting research on the subject in Latin America since most of the findings are focused on developed countries. Conducting studies in our realities could contribute to understanding and subsequently improve students’ learning processes, with a focus on critical thinking.
